Laura Canada is seeking a Team Leader to drive a memorable fashion retail experience and lead a high-energy sales floor. You will coach stylists, promote programs, and ensure outstanding customer service on a daily basis.

You will monitor performance, manage daily store operations, and support career development within a dynamic team focused on growth and work-life balance.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop a sales team.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends and styling.
• Proven experience in achieving store targets and KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a stylist to build a personalized wardrobe for customers.
• Develop and train the sales team on exemplary customer service, promotional programs, product knowledge and trends.
• Monitor sales targets frequently and take actions to improve store results.
• Perform daily tasks such as changing prices, processing shipments/transfers and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Open and close the store as required.

• Act as a stylist to build a personalized wardrobe to the customer.

• Perform daily tasks such as changing prices, shipping orders/transfers and keeping the store clean.
• Open and close the store as required.
