Royal Canadian Mint is seeking a Customer Experience Ambassador in Winnipeg to deliver engaging tours and promote Mint products. The role requires bilingual English/French communication, two years in tour guiding or retail, and strong customer service skills.
Employees work seven days a week, including weekends and holidays, with a schedule based on operational needs. The position emphasizes teamwork, accuracy in handling cash, and delivering a friendly visitor experience.

Reporting to the Supervisor, Winnipeg Retail & Tour Operations, the Customer Experience Ambassador will be responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of day-to-day work activities under supervision and within the policies and procedures established by the Royal Canadian Mint. The incumbent will also provide informative, friendly and entertaining tours to visitors and promote the Royal Canadian Mint through the sale of its products.
The retail boutique and tours operate 7 days a week and employees must be prepared to work both weekends and holidays as required. Ambassador will be scheduled based on operational requirements and expected to be available for the scheduled hours.
