The Mint in Ottawa is seeking a Customer Experience Ambassador to provide informative, friendly tours to visitors and promote the Mint through product sales in the boutique.
Reporting to the Supervisor, Retails, you will lead guided tours in both official languages, respond to inquiries, handle purchases, and help ensure smooth daily operations while delivering outstanding customer service.

Reporting to the Supervisor, Retails, the Customer Experience Ambassador will be responsible for providing informative, friendly and entertaining tours to visitors, promoting the Mint through the sale of its products and ensuring the seamless flow of day-to-day work activities in the boutique.
Language Requirements:

The retail boutique and tours operate 7 days a week. Ambassadors must be prepared to work both weekends and holidays as required. Candidate will be scheduled based on operational requirements and expected to be available for the scheduled hours.
