The Mint is hiring an Advisor, Employee Communications, who can thrive in a dynamic and inclusive environment.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Employee Communications, the Advisor is responsible for leading internal communication initiatives at the Mint. This role directly supports cultivating a positive and healthy workplace culture, articulating business goals to support employees in their day-to-day work, elevating the sense of community, supporting engagement and enablement through open communication, and ensuring employees have the information and context they need to excel.
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring on-site presence at our Ottawa location three to five days per week, depending on meeting requirements and other activities.
