Job summary

Soucy Group is seeking a customer service-focused team member to be the primary contact for customers and representatives. You will utilize organizational and communication skills to ensure satisfaction and support growth of sales and brand awareness.

In this role, you will assist the external sales team, manage placement campaigns on the web platform, coordinate deliveries, handle invoice corrections, and contribute to process improvements while delivering a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the external sales team by ensuring the entry and follow-up of customer orders
• Program and publish placement campaigns on the retail web sales platform
• Follow up on deliveries with the various carriers and inform customers accordingly
• Process invoice correction requests and provide attentive customer service to B2C website customers, answering questions and resolving order issues
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes
