Job summary

Contemporary Office Interiors (COI) is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales process and help meet annual sales goals by assisting the sales team with customer requirements for products and services before the order package is created. The role requires regular communication with internal and external customers to ensure orders align with company guidelines and preserve brand integrity.

The position is full-time, based in our Toronto office, with standard hours and occasional extended

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service orientation and strong communication skills.
• Experience supporting a sales team and coordinating projects.
• Familiarity with furniture dealership or interior design industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attend sales, team, and customer meetings as required.
• Assist with development of proposals and prints for sales presentations.
• Ensure documentation standards and dealership processes are followed.
• Work with team to achieve annual sales goals and business objectives.
• Prepare quotations and provide product research as needed.
• Coordinate front-end order requirements and provide customer support.
