Qualifications

• Two years of experience providing customer care in a retail or wholesale environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and timely customer care via email, chat and phone in a fast-paced, energetic workplace.
• Organize and prioritize customer requests.
• Research solutions for customers and present them in a helpful manner.
• Collaborate with E-Commerce team members to better serve customers.
• Contribute to learning from customer care experiences.
