Andrew Sheret Limited in Victoria, BC is seeking a permanent, full-time Customer Care Representative to join our rapidly growing E-Commerce Division. The role offers a stable schedule, afternoon shifts, and potential Saturdays, with a starting wage of 20.50–24.00 CAD per hour.

Our rapidly growing E-Commerce Division has operated Canada's leading consumer and wholesale plumbing supply websites (Splashes.com and Sheret.com) for over 13 years. Applications are now being accepted for the position of an additional, permanent, full-time Customer Care Representative to join our team. This position is located at our Head Office in Victoria, BC. Job Details:

• starting wage $20.50 - $24.00 per hour (wage could be scaled based on experience)
• we provide Customer Care six days a week; this position will include afternoon shifts (9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.) and might include some Saturdays (8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.)

Essential:

• completion of Grade 12
• at least two years of experience providing customer care in a retail or wholesale business
• a passion for helping customers and creating a positive experience
• the ability to work effectively and problem solve within a team
• the ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced and fun work environment
• strong written and verbal communication skills

Desirable:

• bilingual (English and French) written and verbal communication skills
