Broadstreet Properties is seeking a Site Manager to oversee daily operations, tenant relations, and maintenance at a Manitoba site. You will ensure a safe, welcoming environment and timely communication with residents.

The role requires 3+ years in management, strong professionalism, and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and email. Responsibilities include leasing support, move-ins/outs, rent reminders, and on-site scheduling to minimize downtime and maximize tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high tenant satisfaction through excellent customer service and communication.
• Manage all day-to-day administrative functions in the site office and as directed by Area Manager.
• Respond to emergency situations as first call.
• Coordinate leasing: show available suites and administer leasing applications.
• Schedule move-ins/outs, inspections, and coordinate related tasks.
• Communicate costs for needed repairs after move-outs.
