Job summary

Swish Maintenance Limited in Oakville, Ontario is seeking a Customer Care Representative to deliver frictionless customer experiences. You will handle inquiries, process orders by phone or email, and provide reliable product information to support customers.

The role emphasizes proactive engagement, accurate invoicing and reporting, and collaboration with ERP/CRM systems. We offer a Monday-to-Friday schedule, starting salary of CAD 50,000 per year, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• 1-2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Basic customer service skills to address needs.
• Organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Strong computer skills including MS Excel.
• CRM experience and other sales tech is an asset.
• eCommerce experience is an asset.
• Attention to detail and professional telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with assigned customers as first contact for service needs.
• Accurately take customer orders by email or telephone.
• Assist customers with online orders or questions about the website.
• Proactively engage customers to discuss business needs and opportunities.
• Develop product knowledge to assist with best-in-class cleaning solutions.
• Handle complaints with appropriate solutions and timely follow-up.
• Ensure mailed orders are shipped promptly with accurate invoices and PO numbers.
• Complete invoicing, billing, and reporting.
• Utilize ERP and CRM platforms with confidence.
• Coordinate with teams to obtain stock for backorders.
• Respond to equipment service calls and update customers on repairs.
• Assist in the Swish retail store or warehouse when needed.
