Job summary

REgroup, a division of The Municipal Group of Companies, seeks a Customer Account Administrator in Lower Sackville, NS. The role is a permanent, full-time position on a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, supporting billing and customer data processes.

You will coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance and Administrative staff, prepare customer reports, maintain records, and provide attentive service to clients.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an office administration program or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and customer database systems.
• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle special billing requirements and upload data into portals.
• Create and maintain customer weight reports as needed.
• Alert sales to potential new business or expiring contracts.
• Administer customer accounts, update systems, pricing, and enter data.
• Maintain company information on compliance portals.
• Provide customer service by answering inquiries.
• Other duties as required.
