Job summary

REgroup, a division of The Municipal Group of Companies, is seeking a Customer Account Administrator based in Lower Sackville, NS. You will liaise between Sales, Operations, Finance and Administrative staff to manage billing data and prepare customer reports.

The ideal candidate will be well-organized with attention to detail and capable of handling a high volume of requests. A comprehensive pension and benefits package is offered, with opportunities for advancement and development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an office administration program or equivalent
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and customer database systems
• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Team-oriented and collaborative attitude

Responsibilities

• Handling of special billing requirements and uploading data to portals
• Creating and maintaining weight reports for customers as needed
• Alerting the sales team to potential new business or expiring contracts
• Administration of customer accounts, price updates, and data entries
• Updating company information on compliance portals
• Providing customer service by answering inquiries and supporting customers
• Other duties as required
