Launched in 1999, Executive Education (Exec Ed) has over two decades of experience working with middle and senior-level management professionals in organizations and developing customized non-credit and credit-based education programs. Long-term partnerships guide programming that enables a deep understanding of clients' needs and the design of custom programs to address those needs.
The Curricular Projects Manager is responsible for managing processes and projects related to curriculum, course, program and online learning activities for all online blended and hybrid courses developed by Beedie's Executive Education. The role collaborates closely with faculty, internal stakeholders, and external partners to coordinate the development of new offerings, ensuring quality, accessibility, and consistency across course builds. The role leads project activities and provides reports, data and analysis to support the planning, development and implementation of curricular initiatives, projects and priorities within the Executive Education, ensuring project planning and goals align with the unit's and Beedie's strategic vision. The role implements project plans, including operational, administrative and communication activities to ensure successful achievement and integration of initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant discipline and three years of related experience in planning and research activities, project coordination, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
