The Academic Affairs team provides complex advice and administrative support to senior academic leadership, faculty and staff in the Beedie School of Business. Our work focuses on the interpretation and implementation of University policies, guidelines, and collective agreements. We are a small, high performing group who value teamwork and excellence.
The Coordinator, Academic Affairs is responsible for academic administrative activities and processes. The position provides procedural advice on routine and non-routine situations to support operations and decision-making; and has primary responsibility for several processes and systems. The position is responsible for coordinating day-to-day administrative processes; drafting appointment letters and related documents; gathering, compiling, correcting and analyzing data and information from various sources; communicating professionally with stakeholders; working collaboratively with other team members; supporting the implementation of best practices, and projects as required.

Full Job Description
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related discipline, and one year of related experience in the coordination of complex administrative processes, and working with senior level administrators, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
