Job summary

Keyera Corp. seeks a Manager of Leadership, Learning & Culture to advance organizational culture, leadership capability and employee development through high-impact programs.

You will partner with HR leaders and executives to translate business priorities into practical culture and leadership solutions that strengthen effectiveness and experience. Lead a team of Learning and Development professionals and report to the Senior Manager – Talent & Organizational Effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, business psychology or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in leadership development, organizational development, learning, culture, or a related field.
• 5 years progressive leadership experience developing agile, robust teams.
• Previous experience leading and developing learning & development Teams.
• Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating leadership development programs and organizational interventions.
• Strong consulting and facilitation skills; ability to work with executives, leaders and teams.
• Experience managing vendor programs and budgets.
• Excellent project management, communication, stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Culture Management & Leadership Development: Partner with Senior Manager for leadership development strategy and culture roadmap; translate priorities into actionable plans; build leadership development interventions; monitor culture trends and inform priorities; facilitate leadership development workshops and team effectiveness sessions; evaluate program effectiveness.
• Team Effectiveness: Act as internal consultant on organizational and team effectiveness; diagnose dynamics; design and facilitate interventions; build practical tools for leaders.
• Learning Programs Management: Manage learning portfolio; oversee logistics, vendors, budgets, technology, and participant experience; ensure alignment with priorities and evolving capability needs.
• Employee Resource Groups & Inclusion: Support ERG strategy and governance; partner with ERG leaders to increase impact; support inclusion-focused learning, events, and leadership experiences.
