Job summary

Deloitte Canada is seeking a Senior Manager, Culture Leadership and Learning, Executive Leadership Programs, to partner with executive clients and deliver leadership development, learning and culture initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, shape client engagements from strategy to execution, and help grow Deloitte's Leadership Services by fostering executive relationships and driving innovation in AI-enabled learning and future leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing and delivering leadership development, executive education, talent, organizational development, or human capital programs.
• Strong track record leading high‑profile programs for executive and C‑suite audiences from diagnosis through design, delivery, evaluation, and improvement.
• Executive presence and facilitation skills to engage senior leaders and influence without authority.
• Knowledge of learning science, leadership research, digital learning ecosystems, and AI applications.
• Commercial mindset with ability to originate opportunities and grow revenue.
• Strategic thinking connecting leadership capability to enterprise priorities and transformation.
• Excellent written, verbal, storytelling and presentation skills.
• Experience leading teams and multiple workstreams with financial discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to create and deliver innovative, high‑impact leadership experiences (executive workshops, academies, labs, journeys).
• Partner with senior leaders to translate priorities into practical leadership and culture solutions.
