Job summary

Cogir Senior Living in Canada seeks a Culinary Manager to lead our dining program across retirement residences. You will recruit, train, and supervise a team of culinary and service professionals, while protecting food quality and controlling costs to deliver exceptional resident meals.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional kitchen operations and culinary techniques.
• Ability to mentor and coach a team of culinary professionals.
• Strong cost control, budgeting, and inventory awareness.
• Excellent staff training and onboarding skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the culinary and dining team to deliver high-quality meals for residents.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff; schedule shifts and monitor performance.
