Job summary

The role requires hospitality training, Safe Serve certification, and at least three years

• Experience in hotel or restaurant fine dining service.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises dining room activities to provide high-level service.
• Monitors shift routines, workflow, and quality against corporate standards.
• Recruits and orients dining room staff; manages schedules and leaves.
• Places job analysis and role definitions for dietary personnel within scope.
• Supervises staff performance and resolves personnel issues with leadership.
