Job summary

IntelliPro Group in Burlington, ON, seeks a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator (Import and Export) to manage the end-to-end flow of goods from our partners in China into Canada and onward to US customers. This on-site role requires strong knowledge of CBSA regulations, USMCA rules, and duty drawback processes.

You will use Inflow Inventory to generate invoices, maintain precise inventory records, and maximize duty recovery while ensuring regulatory compliance across the cross-border supply

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in logistics or trade coordination with China/Vietnam–Canada imports.
• Knowledge of CBSA, HS tariff classification, and USMCA rules of origin.
• Experience filing duty drawback claims with CBSA and using Inflow Inventory.
• Strong attention to detail handling large volumes of regulatory documentation.
• On-site in Burlington, Ontario; legal work authorization; TDG certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of goods from manufacturing partners in China into Canada and to US customers.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maximize duty recovery.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and generate invoices using Inflow Inventory.
• Coordinate cross-border logistics and documentation.
