Job summary

intellipro is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator for our Burlington, Ontario warehouse. You will manage cross-border imports from China/Vietnam to Canada and exports to the US, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate invoicing using Inflow Inventory.

You will coordinate with brokers, maintain inventory, prepare documents, and support cost reductions while working on-site Monday–Friday in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a logistics or trade compliance role with China/Vietnam–Canada imports and Canada–USA exports.
• Working knowledge of CBSA processes, HS tariff classification, USMCA rules of origin, and Canadian import/export regulations.
• Hands-on experience filing or supporting duty drawback claims with CBSA.
• Proficiency with Inflow Inventory or a comparable inventory management system.
• On-site work in Burlington, Ontario, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate importation from China/Vietnam to Canada with customs brokers and carriers for timely, compliant clearance and delivery.
• Prepare and review import/export documents including invoices, packing lists, B/Ls, certificates of origin, and CFIA permits where applicable.
• Manage export of goods to the United States and internationally with CBSA/CBP requirements (HTS, ISF).
• Ensure CBSA/CBP compliance, CUSMA/USMCA provisions, and trade sanctions as applicable.
• Monitor tariff classifications and ensure accurate duty/tax assessments for cross-border shipments.
• Liaise with customs brokers to resolve holds or discrepancies and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain inventory records in Inflow Inventory and generate reports for management.
