Job summary

Ipro Networks Pte. Ltd. seeks a meticulous Logistics Coordinator for our Burlington, Ontario warehouse. This on-site role manages the full lifecycle of goods from China to Canada and onward to the U.S., ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate record-keeping.

You will coordinate customs, duty drawback programs, inventory in Inflow Inventory, and invoicing for US shipments, collaborating with brokers and the finance team to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years in logistics, trade compliance, or supply chain coordination.
• Experience with CBSA/US customs and cross-border shipments.
• Strong documentation and regulatory compliance experience.
• Proficiency with inventory systems and invoicing processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import of goods from China/Vietnam to Canada and export to the U.S., ensuring compliant clearance and timely delivery.
• Prepare import/export documentation including invoices, packing lists, and certificates as applicable.
• Identify eligible duty drawback opportunities and submit claims with accurate records.
• Maintain inventory accuracy in Inflow Inventory and generate stock reports for management.
• Create customer invoices for outbound shipments to U.S. customers and liaise with finance to resolve discrepancies.
