Job summary

IntelliPro is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator (Import and Export) to manage cross-border shipments from China to Canada and onward to the United States. This hands-on, on-site role focuses on regulatory compliance, duty recovery, inventory accuracy, and invoicing using Inflow Inventory at our Burlington, Ontario warehouse.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in logistics or trade coordination, knowledge of CBSA processes and USMCA rules, and TDG certification.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, trade compliance, or supply chain coordination with China/Vietnam–Canada imports and Canada–USA exports.
• Knowledge of CBSA processes, HS tariff classification, CUSMA/USMCA rules of origin, and Canadian import/export regulations.
• Hands-on experience filing or supporting duty drawback claims with CBSA and proficiency with Inflow Inventory or similar inventory system.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills for managing large volumes of regulatory documentation.
• On-site work at Burlington, Ontario; Monday to Friday; legally eligible to work in Canada; TDG certification.

Responsibilities

About the Role :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Logistics Coordinator to join our team at our Burlington, Ontario warehouse. This is a hands‑on, on‑site role that sits at the heart of our cross‑border supply chain. You will manage the full lifecycle of goods flowing from our manufacturing partners in China into Canada, and onward to customers in the United States — while ensuring full regulatory compliance, maximizing duty recovery, maintaining accurate inventory records, and producing invoices using Inflow Inventory software. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, has deep familiarity with US and Canadian customs processes, and understands the intricacies of duty drawback programs.

Qualification:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a logistics, trade compliance, or supply chain coordination role with direct exposure to China/Vietnam–Canada imports and Canada–USA exports.


• Working knowledge of CBSA processes, HS tariff classification, CUSMA/USMCA rules of origin, and Canadian import/export regulations.


• Hands‑on experience filing or supporting duty drawback claims with CBSA. Proficiency with Inflow Inventory or a comparable inventory management system.


• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills — you will be managing large volumes of documentation with regulatory consequence.


• Ability to work on‑site at our Burlington, Ontario warehouse, Monday through Friday.


• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.


• Be in possession of Transportation of Dangerous Goods TDG Certification.
