Job summary

Quality Seeds is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Vaughan, Ontario. The role focuses on coordinating inbound and outbound freight, supporting shipping and receiving operations, and maintaining inventory accuracy while ensuring compliance with domestic and cross-border shipping rules.

You will work across Production, Retail, Wholesale, and Procurement to optimize product flow, communicate schedules to customers, and help drive continuous improvement in logistics performance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight activities and support shipping/receiving operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure cross-border shipping compliance.
• Communicate delivery schedules and shipment status to customers and internal teams.
• Monitor and resolve logistics issues, delays, and damaged shipments.
• Assist in maintaining cost efficiency and process improvements in the logistics workflow.
