Job summary

Spectrum Resource Group, a Wright Canada Holdings unit, is seeking a Crew Team Member in Prince George, BC. You will perform vegetation management tasks, load/unload equipment, and support safety and efficiency on site. Travel may be required and PPE is provided.

Strong fitness and willingness to work outdoors in various weather are essential. The role offers full-time hours, with paid overtime and benefits including per diem and accommodations when applicable, plus an employee-ownership plan.

Qualifications

• Willingness to perform physically demanding labor in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds infrequently and 30 pounds frequently.
• Willingness to work away from home for periods.
• PPE provided and safety guidelines followed.

Responsibilities

• Gather and remove cut vegetation and debris from the site and dispose or manage it (mulching, burning, hauling).
• Load and unload trucks with logs, stumps, brush, and debris; feed brush into a woodchipper as needed.
• Set up tools and equipment for crew members to use.
• Perform physically demanding manual labor in varying weather conditions.
• Set up barriers or signs to keep the area safe for the crew and the public.
• Support and encourage safe work practices and a positive team environment.
• Clear dead or dry brush in forested or dry areas to reduce wildfire risk.
• Clear paths for vehicles, workers, or machinery.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE to reduce injury risk.
• Other duties as required.
