Job summary

DHL Express in Brampton, Ontario seeks a Credit Processing Analyst on an 18-month contract to support the CREDITs program, manage exceptions, and ensure timely processing according to customer expectations.

Responsibilities include processing credits and refunds for top customers, updating HS tables and rule sets, managing data in sequence, auditing CREDITs submissions to CBSA, investigating data issues, and collaborating with leadership to improve customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Proficient data management skills.
• Strong Excel skills to check and audit batches.
• Proficient verbal, written and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Diligent attention to detail.
• Motivated to learn and adapt to new assignments.

Responsibilities

• Process credits and casual refunds following the credits process for top customers.
• Update and modify all HS tables, User Defined Lists, and rule sets as required by the business.
• Manage the credits data in sequence.
• Manage the quality and audit for CREDITs submissions to CBSA.
• Investigate and coordinate the resolution of incorrect, missing data or misleading information for CREDITs processing.
• Monitoring and preparation of CREDITs claims to CBSA.
• Improve customers' experience of the CREDITs program in collaboration with the customer and brokerage leadership team.
• Offer help to and collaborate with fellow team members, as well as with other departments as applicable.
• Other duties within reason and as assigned.
