Charger Logistics Inc. is seeking a payments operations professional based in Brampton, Canada to manage relationships with financial institutions, oversee reconciliations, and ensure accurate processing of payment files and remittances across North America.

This role emphasizes data analysis of AP/AR, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to implement data-driven improvements in a fast-paced payments environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years in accounting, analytics, data analytics or related field.
• Experience in payments industry essential.
• Knowledge of EFT and ACH; payments networks in Canada, US, Mexico, Colombia.
• Processing cross-border payments and reporting.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Self-starter who can motivate, collaborate, and work in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Manage payment operations relationships with financial institutions and aggregators globally.
• Ensure payment files and remittances are processed accurately and on a timely basis.
• Manage daily bank account reconciliations and ensure adjustments are processed.
• Define, manage and ensure daily and monthly operational controls and checks are completed and all reports generated.
• Use statistical and analytical techniques to analyze AP, AR, and accounting data.
• Manage processes for billing and collections.
• Design and monitor reports and dashboards that capture insights through indicators.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and model improvements.
• Own payment issues from beginning to end and resolve with internal and external partners.
• Support implementation teams within payments as SME on operational matters.
• Provide guidance on payment rules, regulations and rails as the company grows.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, IT, and business stakeholders to implement data-driven solutions.
