Job summary

DHL Express is seeking a Credits Processing Analyst for an 18-month contract at our National Office in Brampton, ON. You will support the CREDITs program, manage exceptions and ensure timely processing per customer expectations.

Responsibilities include processing credits, updating data tables, auditing submissions to CBSA, investigating data issues, and collaborating with leadership to improve the customer experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred and strong Excel/data skills are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Process Credits and casual refunds in a timely manner.
• Follow the credits process for top customers.
• Update HS tables, user defined lists and rule sets as required.
• Manage credits data in sequence and ensure data integrity.
• Audit CREDITs submissions to CBSA for quality control.
• Investigate and resolve incorrect or missing data for credits.
• Prepare and monitor CREDITs claims to CBSA.
• Collaborate with customer and brokerage leadership to improve the experience.
• Assist teammates and other departments as needed.

DHL Express currently has an opening for a CREDITs Processing Analyst 18 Month Contract in our National Office in Brampton, ON. In this role you will be responsible to support the CREDITs program, provide related support and manage exceptions and ensures the CREDITs process has been done on a timely basis and as per customer expectations. The position also performs a variety of support activities to ensure the CREDITs program offers the best customer experience possible.

How will you contribute to the success of DHL?

• Credits processing & Casual refunds
• Following the credits process for top customers
• Update and modify all HS tables, User Defined Lists and Rule sets as required by the business
• Managing the credits data in sequence
• Managing the quality & audit for CREDITs submissions to CBSA
• Investigate and coordinate the resolution of incorrect, missing data or misleading information for CREDITs processing
• Monitoring and preparation of CREDITs claims to CBSA
• Improve customers’ experience of the CREDITs program in collaboration with the customer and brokerage leadership team
• Offers help to and collaborates with fellow team members, as well as with other departments as applicable
• Other duties within reason and as assigned
