Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Country Sales Agent to establish, manage, and scale a client agent-based sales strategy in the USA or Canada. This role involves managing agents who promote and sell our services. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of B2B sales and Custom Software Development for Retail, E-Commerce, or Finance sectors.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for our client's expansion in your country.
  2. Generate and maintain relationships within the retail, e-commerce, and finance industries.
  3. Lead strategic sales initiatives, including partnerships, referral programs, and industry collaborations.
  4. Optimize the sales funnel to increase conversion rates and reduce sales cycles.
  5. Gather market intelligence and provide insights to refine product offerings and sales strategies.
Collaboration & Leadership
  1. Work closely with the leadership team to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
  2. Provide ongoing performance reports on sales effectiveness and results.
