Job Title: Corporate Facilities Consultant
Job ID: 80072
Location: Calgary, Alberta

Overview:
Working directly under the supervision of the Facilities Manager, you will assist with the optimization and utilization of the implemented Planon Software, helping our client achieve effective and optimized facility management. As an experienced Facility professional, you will understand the essential details from a data encapsulation standpoint and know where within an organization the data can be found. An understanding of SAP integrations would be advantageous, as this is our client’s main system of record.
Overall, you will work with a small yet significant team of facility professionals to maximize Planon usage, so high meeting frequency is expected. The facilities managed include corporate buildings and attached assets; external assets like logistics and field assets are not included. Ensuring the system has correct content and is connected to the appropriate areas of the business is imperative.

What you must have:

• Experience in Workplace Management Software, ideally Planon.

• Experience in WPMS content and understanding how data should appear within the chosen software, including from an end-user perspective.

• An experienced user of Planon, with a practical understanding of the software from an end-user perspective, including the ability to customize it as needed.
