Sherweb is seeking a Technical Fellow, Microsoft Copilot & AI, to guide partners in building profitable Copilot and AI practices. You will advise internal teams and partners, provide strategic guidance, and deliver hands-on enablement, webinars, and workshops.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies, consulting, partner enablement, solution advisory, or technical leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Modern Work, AI adoption, and digital transformation.
• Experience with Microsoft partners, MSPs, CSPs, VARs, or channel-focused organizations.

Responsibilities

• Copilot Practice Development: Help partners build and grow Copilot and AI service offerings.
• Lead readiness workshops, business value discussions, and adoption planning sessions.
• Advise partners on positioning Copilot as a business transformation solution.
