Job summary

Jobtailor in Toronto, Canada seeks a Senior Copilot Adoption Consultant to drive enterprise Copilot adoption programs for Microsoft 365 within global clients. You will design adoption strategies, assess organizational readiness, and develop actionable plans to realize measurable business value.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience, hands-on Copilot adoption leadership, and strong skills in KPI mapping, governance, and AI security guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years professional experience.
• 1+ years experience leading Copilot adoption engagements.
• 1+ years experience in AI use case engineering and workshop facilitation.
• Ability to map KPIs and develop executive value narratives.
• Knowledge of persona analysis and AI-optimized workflows.
• Experience with Prompt Pattern Labs and AI usage best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Viva Insights, and Adoption Score.
• Knowledge of AI security and responsible AI use, including development of guidelines and playbooks.
• Ability to promote Microsoft's responsible AI principles.
• Experience in consulting, digital transformation, or change management.
• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 or Copilot adoption programs.
• Familiarity with Prosci frameworks.
• Advanced English proficiency for working in global environments.
• Must be authorized to work in the applicable country without current or future sponsorship requirements.
