Job summary
Softchoice is seeking a senior architect to lead architecture decisions for agent and conversational-AI solutions built on Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform. You will evaluate workloads, design hybrid low-code and custom Azure components, and guide clients across commercial and government clouds.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 12+ years of software engineering or enterprise delivery experience.
- Experience architecting conversational-AI/agent solutions.
- Proven leadership of technical teams.
- Strong knowledge of Copilot Studio licensing and Power Platform.
Responsibilities
- Own build-approach decisions across engagements for Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or hybrid delivery.
- Design architecture for enterprise-grade agent solutions integrated with Dataverse and Power Platform.
- Architect hybrid low-code and custom development strategies.
- Advise on GCC/GCC High feature parity and government-cloud constraints.
- Establish governance, safety engineering, and CoE practices.
- Communicate architectural decisions to stakeholders and teams.
