Job summary

AppDirect is seeking an AI & Microsoft Business Development Specialist in Montreal to drive opportunities around Copilot, AI agents, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem. You will build a strong pipeline, conduct discovery sessions, and articulate AI value to customers and partners.

The role requires 3+ years selling AI/Microsoft cloud solutions, strong presentation skills, and fluency in English and French. A hybrid in-office schedule with a Montreal office is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience selling Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, AI solutions or related cloud technologies.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving growth.
• Strong consultative sales skills with ability to identify customer needs and articulate business value.

Responsibilities

• Drive opportunities related to Microsoft Copilot, 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Agents and Microsoft AI ecosystem.
• Build and qualify a robust sales pipeline and meet sales targets.
• Conduct customer discovery sessions and position AI solutions to address business challenges.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with partners and customers.
• Deliver engaging workshops, webinars, and executive presentations.
• Represent ITCloud at events, partner conferences and industry forums.
• Stay updated on Microsoft AI roadmap, licensing, and product releases.
