Job summary

MNP's Regional Human Capital team is seeking a Coordinator to join a culture that values empowerment and purpose. You will implement talent strategies, support recruitment, onboarding and payroll processes, and help develop programs that attract, develop and retain our firm’s talent.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll contribute to ongoing process improvements, manage data in UKG, and coordinate events and communications across the regional team in Canada. A rewarding, user-centric environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education and accreditation with HR specialty.
• 1–2 years of HR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Human Capital activities including total rewards, timesheet and performance management.
• Compile statistical reports and metrics on Human Capital programs.
• Participate in recruitment, check references, maintain database using the tracking system provided.
• Lead, coordinate and deliver orientation and manage onboarding logistics.
• Manage employee data records in our UKG management system including the administration of compensation, regional promotions, transfers and annual performance reviews.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries; serve as a link between leadership and team members by managing inquiries, employee relations and educating on self-service options.
• Coordinate Human Capital events including on-site logistics, equipment, catering, registration and materials.
• Communicate disability management matters with MNP Group Benefits as required, provide support to payroll teams to manage payroll issues.
• Coordinate terminations as appropriate.
• Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes.
