Job summary

MNP LLP is seeking a Regional Human Capital Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding and people-operations across our Canadian firm. You will partner with leaders to implement programs that attract, develop and retain talent in the region.

In this role you will coordinate total rewards, performance management, onboarding logistics, and HR data in UKG, while delivering a culture that values diversity and opportunity.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education and accreditation with HR specialty.
• 1 to 2 years of HR experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Human Capital activities including total rewards, timesheet and performance management
• Compile statistical reports and metrics on Human Capital programs
• Participate in recruitment, check references, maintain database using the tracking system provided
• Lead, coordinate and deliver orientation and manage onboarding logistics
• Manage employee data records in our UKG management system including the administration of compensation, regional promotions, transfers and annual performance reviews
• Respond to internal and external inquiries; serve as a link between leadership and team members by managing inquiries, employee relations and educating on self-service options
• Coordinate Human Capital events including on-site logistics, equipment, catering, registration and materials
• Communicate disability management matters with MNP Group Benefits as required, provide support to payroll teams to manage payroll issues
• Coordinate terminations as appropriate
• Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
