Job summary

BRP is seeking an XPS Lubricant and Care Products Portfolio Coordinator to bring to market and develop offerings for customers and dealers, delivering high value to BRP. You’ll lead strategic planning with the Parts & XPS Product Strategy team and manage the portfolio lifecycle with data-driven insights.

You will collaborate cross-functionally, analyze competitors, and act as a brand ambassador and voice of the customer, shaping robust product stories with engineering support.

Qualifications

  • A college or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, or a relevant track record experience in related industry.
  • Strong powersport service parts and/or after-sales knowledge.
  • Business acumen in managing portfolios, entrepreneurship, and capacity at building strong business cases.
  • Be an enthusiastic team player, passionate about vehicle maintenance and detailing.
  • Strong leadership and collaborative skills to work efficiently in a cross-functional environment.
  • Bilingual: English mandatory, French is a strong asset

  • Manage the XPS portfolio and provide analysis to support adding, growing, and exiting categories.
  • Monitor and optimize the XPS portfolio life cycle value and spot threats and opportunities.
  • Develop understanding of competitors' products features, positioning, pricing and go-to-market strategies.
  • Serve as brand ambassador, voice of the customer and subject matter expert.
  • Contribute to product download documentation with product information and robust storylines with engineering.

Job description

We are looking for a XPS Lubricant and Care Products Portfolio coordinator who’ll be tasked to bring to market and develop the right offering to our customers. As part of your role, you’ll directly impact consumers and dealers by providing a portfolio that brings the highest value to them and to BRP.


You’ll Have The Opportunity To


  • Together with the Parts & XPS Product Strategy team, structure our strategic plan using your solid understanding of Powersport Lubricant and Care Products market dynamics combined with strong business rationale.

  • Using strong business rationale, manage the XPS portfolio and provide analysis to support adding, growing, and exiting categories.

  • Monitor and optimize the XPS portfolio life cycle value while continuously be on the lookout for threats and opportunities that could influence your strategies.

  • Develop and maintain a solid understanding of competitors products features, positioning, pricing, go-to-market strategies…

  • Serve as brand ambassador, act as the voice of the customer and subject matter expert.

  • Contribute to the preparation of product download documentation by providing product information (PVA features and benefits) in collaboration with product strategy and engineering to provide robust storylines and reasons to believe.
