BRP is seeking a Technical Coordinator to support the Connected Vehicle Project Manager in coordinating software‑driven projects. You will serve as a central synchronization point across design, software development and validation teams, ensuring priorities, dependencies and best practices are aligned.
You will help maintain visibility of progress and risks, guide planning meetings, and push continuous process improvements for faster, higher‑quality R&D outcomes.
We are seeking a Technical Coordinator reporting to the Connected Vehicle Project Manager to support the development of software-intensive projects. The R&D Technical Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that product development activities are coordinated, visible, and progressing across the design, software development, and validation teams.
Acting as a central synchronization point, this individual ensures that priorities are aligned, dependencies between teams are effectively managed, and best practices for activity planning and tracking are applied. This individual actively contributes to the improvement of development processes and fosters effective collaboration among the various groups involved in project delivery.
