Job summary

BRP in Sherbrooke, QC, seeks a Product & Marketing Coordinator to support the Global Accessory Product Strategy for Snowmobile Accessories. You will report to the Snowmobile Accessories Product Manager and collaborate with BI, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Sales and International teams.

The role emphasizes market studies, portfolio opportunities, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver compelling product stories and assets for dealers. Travel occasionally may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Identify market and trend opportunities for BRP snowmobile accessories.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to maximize global product offerings.
  • Lead the portfolio process with design and engineering.
  • Develop and maintain financial business cases and profitability proofs.
  • Forecast sales volumes, market shares, and penetration for projects.
  • Workwith design/engineers from VOC to development and launch.
  • Present new products to sales and dealers, supporting go-to-market.
  • Define product information and content needs with PA&A marketing.

Job description

We are looking for a Product & Marketing Coordinator to support the Global Accessory Product Strategy team for Snowmobile Accessories. You will be under the responsibility of the Snowmobile Accessories Product Manager and working in collaboration with the Business Intelligence, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Sales and International departments.

You’ll Have The Opportunity To
  • Research and develop market and business trend studies in order to identify and evaluate new portfolio opportunities for accessory product and growth in the marketplace.
  • Collaborate with our selling regions in order to maximize the global product offering in line with worldwide market and consumer needs.
  • Lead the accessory portfolio process for our products in collaboration with the design and engineering teams.
  • Develop and maintain financial business cases for each of the projects selected in the portfolio process and validate their profitability throughout the development phases.
  • Research and forecast potential sales volumes, penetration rates and market shares for each project and adjust as needed throughout the process.
  • Work closely with design and engineering throughout the entire development process to influence and guide the projects from a voice of the customer perspective.
  • Become an accessory product expert and share your knowledge through presentations of the new products to sales and go-to-market teams while also educating and supporting our dealers.
  • Define the accessories product information (PVA features and benefits) and content needs in collaboration with the PA&A marketing teams and provide strong storylines and reasons to believe for our consumers and dealers.
  • Support the PA&A marketing teams by managing accurate product information (PIM) and marketing assets (DAM) to supply all the required accessory content.

  • Deep knowledge and passion of the snowmobile, automotive or powersport industry is a must.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, marketing, mechanical engineering or related fields. Experience relevant to the position will be considered.
  • Strong analytical and scenario-building skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Able to influence cross-functional teams while maintaining excellent relationships.
  • Creative and enthusiastic team player.
  • Ability to multitask and set priorities.
  • Must be fluent in English and French.
  • Availability to travel on occasion.
