Earnscliffe is hiring a Senior Coordinator to join the Human Capital team in a hybrid, Toronto-based role. You will provide advanced coordination and operational support across employee lifecycle administration, payroll, benefits, HRIS management, reporting, and employee support.
The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of HR experience, a post-secondary degree or diploma in HR or related fields, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Human Capital, and working under the daily guidance of the Senior Specialist, Human Capital, we are looking for a Senior Coordinator to join our Human Capital team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and collaborative HR professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional employee service and supporting the day-to-day execution of people operations.
As a key member of the team, the Senior Coordinator will provide advanced coordination and operational support across a broad range of Human Capital functions, including employee lifecycle administration, payroll, benefits, HRIS management, reporting, and employee support. Working with increasing independence and sound judgment, the successful candidate will help ensure the effective delivery of Human Capital processes and services, while contributing to a positive employee experience and the continuous improvement of HR operations across the organization.
This position is a full-time, permanent, hybrid role and is open to candidates located in Toronto.
