Kensington is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support Canadian and U.S. operations, helping to deliver an exceptional employee experience and partner with leaders to strengthen culture across the organization.

Reporting to the Human Resources team, the Human Resources Coordinator plays an integral role in supporting the day-to-day operations of HR while helping deliver an exceptional employee experience across our Canadian and U.S. workforce.
This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career who enjoys balancing administration with employee support, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll partner closely with leaders and employees across the organization, helping ensure our people programs are delivered accurately, efficiently, and with a people-first mindset.
From onboarding new employees and administering HR programs to maintaining employee records, supporting compliance, and contributing to culture initiatives, you’ll play an important role in helping Kensington continue to attract, engage, and retain exceptional talent.
