Job summary

Gray Collection, a renowned hospitality group including Jacopo, is seeking a Cook to support the kitchen team with preparation and execution of dishes at our Montreal-area establishment. You will work closely with chefs to maintain quality and presentation standards and contribute to a professional, collaborative kitchen environment.

The role requires previous kitchen experience, a passion for Italian cuisine, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

The Cook assists in the preparation and execution of dishes while maintaining Jacopo's quality and presentation standards. The role requires close collaboration with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and consistent service.
