Job summary

Gray Collection in Montreal is seeking a Busser to support dining room setup, assist servers, and clear and reset tables for a seamless guest experience.

Role requires evenings and weekends, strong English/French communication, and a proactive, stress‑aware attitude. Prior service training is a plus; eager individuals are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the Service Manager, the Busser assists with dining room setup, supports servers during service, and is responsible for clearing and resetting tables. They play an important role in creating a positive and memorable guest experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide guests with exceptional service and a welcoming dining experience;
• Support fellow team members on the floor whenever needed and assist with various service-related tasks;
• Prepare table settings for guests and clear, clean, and reset tables after guests leave the restaurant;
• Ensure guests have all necessary tableware, utensils, and amenities at all times to enhance their dining experience;
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests;
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times.
