Vancouver Island Health Authority is seeking a part-time, temporary cook at Lady Minto Hospital on Salt Spring Island. You will prepare meals, manage special diets, bake, and maintain cleanliness in the area according to facility standards.

The role requires graduation from a recognized cooking program and strong communication and interpersonal abilities. It is a site-based position with rotating days and shift hours.

Competenze

• Graduation from a recognized program in cooking or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to deal with others effectively.
• Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.

Job Description
