Job summary

Tim Hortons / Brioche Dorée / Skyway Grill is seeking an experienced cook in Regina, Saskatchewan. The role requires 1 year to less than 2 years of experience and an education credential of Other trades certificate or diploma.

The responsibilities include co-ordinating special events, planning menus, portion sizes and costs, requisitioning supplies, preparing meals, and supervising kitchen staff. Schedule includes morning, evening, weekend shifts with overtime; pay is $24.52 per hour for 30–40

  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Recruit and hire staff
  • Organize buffets and banquets
  • Manage kitchen operations
