Job summary

Elexicon Energy is seeking a Contract Administrator to support contracts with internal and external stakeholders across our Durham region operations. The role focuses on oversight of contracts, invoicing accuracy, and timely financial transactions to ensure project success.

The candidate will manage data, maintain compliance with policies, and collaborate on process improvements while maintaining confidentiality and managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Understanding of contract management.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Host weekly meetings with stakeholders to monitor progress, risks, and invoicing for contracted services.
• Act as liaison between Elexicon Energy and subcontractors.
• Review cost/schedule estimates and track resource availability for scheduling.
