• Job Title: Contract Specialist
• Job Type: Full-Time, 4 Month Contract

Your New Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of experience in contract analysis within the mining, oil, or gas industry. This is a 4-month contract position with the potential for renewal based on performance and business needs. As a Contract Specialist, you will review, analyze, and manage contracts to ensure compliance and optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the end-to-end competitive bid process
• Evaluate proposals and recommend awards
• Formation and administration of contracts
• Monitor contract performance
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions
• Report opportunities to improve cost and performance of suppliers
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Resolve issues between contractors and project teams

What you will need to succeed:
