Anywhere in Canada; this is a virtual work opportunity with potential for 1-2 days in-office per month for meetings.

What You Will Do

Reporting to the Leader of the CLO, the Contract Specialist will manage processes related to external resources across Canada, handling over 1000 cases per year. Responsibilities include:

  1. Applying technical expertise to support and advise Hiring Managers on engaging external resources.
  2. Using technology to optimize processes and team resources.
  3. Ensuring documentation is current and accurate for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

  • Promoting the CLO’s brand through a customer-centric approach.
  • Facilitating intake conversations and providing system walkthroughs.
  • Conducting due diligence on resources and maintaining communication with stakeholders.
  • Documenting case details and managing flags for complex cases.
  • Responding to inquiries and triaging requests.
Process Governance
  • Leading or contributing to process improvements and maintaining SOPs and knowledge articles.
  • Educating teams on new processes and ensuring policy compliance.
  • Staying informed on workforce legislation and policies.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in case management.
  • Experience with staffing agencies or contingent workforce is an asset.
  • Bilingual in English and French preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel; experience with ServiceNow or vendor management systems is a plus.
  • Relevant college or university degree.
