KPMG LLP Canada is seeking a Contract Specialist to manage external resources and ensure operational excellence. This role involves advising Hiring Managers, optimizing processes, and maintaining documentation within a virtual work environment. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, strong communication skills, and a relevant degree.

The Contingent Labour Office’s (CLO) mandate is to partner with the business to enable an expedited and customer-centric positive approach to engaging external resources. At the same time, balancing the commercial needs of the business with mitigating risk to the firm. This mandate is achieved by:
Location: Anywhere in Canada will be considered, virtual work opportunity (1-2 days in office per month may be required for company meetings)
Reporting to the Leader of the Contingent Labour Office (CLO), the Contract Specialist will execute processes related to external resources – during the initial setup, while on contract, and when renewing or departing – for all functions and locations across Canada (the CLO processes 1000+ external resources per year of varying size – from individual to multi-million dollar organizations). Additionally, the Specialist will play a significant role in ensuring operational excellence is achieved by contributing to ongoing improvements to the team’s internal workflows, technology, and documentation. KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information
The expected base salary range for this position is $54,000 to $81,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills, & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
