Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, IT or finance or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of program and project coordination / project controls experience.
• Knowledge of PMBOK, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong document management practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience with Workday and ServiceNow for reporting.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive program artifacts, including action and decision records and the program's integrated plan.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings for various program activities, ensuring stakeholders are informed.
• Author and create high-quality communications, including reports and updates for diverse audiences.
• Develop and manage actions and milestones with project/program managers.
• Maintain and manage program financials and resources to stay on budget.
• Monitor and report milestones, addressing deviations promptly.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks with project managers.
• Prepare detailed monthly status reports for executive review.
• Support continuous improvement of program processes and methodologies.
• Provide QA of executive presentations and reports.
• Build and manage document repositories and guidelines.
