The role supports the Restructured Energy Market (REM) program, ensuring meticulous management of artifacts and seamless communication across departments.

The candidate will collaborate with project and program managers to drive program objectives, manage finances, monitor milestones, and prepare monthly status reports for executive review.

Qualifications

• 10+ years coordinating complex programs and projects.
• Knowledge of PMBOK, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong document management practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience with Workday and ServiceNow reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate artifacts, action and decision records, and the integrated plan.
• Schedule meetings and inform stakeholders across programs.
• Create reports, presentations, and updates for diverse audiences.
• Track milestones, risks, and budgets across the program.
• Manage vendor resources, forecasting, invoicing, and expenses.
• Support process improvement and QA of executive materials.
